Participation Agreement with the Florida Education Purchasing Consortium

Issue/Rationale

Florida Statute 1001.42(25) requires all district school boards to enter into an interlocal agreement for the purpose of establishing the School District consortium and maximizing the purchasing power for goods and services.

Recommended Action
Approve Participation

Financial Impact

No cost to the district. It is anticipated there will be a savings due to members undertaking collaborative procurement.
